Legion Build works throughout Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, Somerset and Union counties — 153 towns in all. Every service we offer is available in every town on this page.
We are a design-build remodeler based in Old Bridge. Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, decks, porches, pergolas and sunrooms — same crews, same process, whichever town you are in. Start with the service you have in mind:
No town by that name on our list. We may still work there — ask and we will tell you straight.
Our home county. Mostly 1950s–1970s capes, ranches and split-levels with full basements, pre-war homes near the rail lines in New Brunswick, Perth Amboy and Metuchen, and 1980s-onward colonials through Monroe, South Brunswick and Plainsboro. See Middlesex County remodeling.
The widest range of housing we work in: horse-country colonials west of the parkway, older waterfront homes around Rumson and Red Bank, and post-war bayshore housing near Hazlet, Aberdeen and Holmdel. See Monmouth County remodeling.
Shore county. Flood elevation shapes the work in the low-lying and lagoon-front towns, and the 55-plus communities in Manchester, Berkeley and Lakewood add association approval on top of the town permit. See Ocean County remodeling.
Two counties in one: 1980s-onward colonials through Bridgewater, Hillsborough, Montgomery and Branchburg, the pre-war boroughs along the river, and estate lots north in Bernardsville and Bedminster. See Somerset County remodeling.
The oldest and densest county we work in. Lot coverage and setbacks decide what is possible before the budget does, which is why so much of the work here goes up rather than out. See Union County remodeling.
If you are in or near these five counties, ask. Adam walks the site, prices the job from your house, and tells you straight if it falls outside what we take on.
