FAQ

Common questions

What's the difference between a 3-season and 4-season sunroom?

A 3-season room is bright and comfortable spring through fall but isn’t built to be heated efficiently in deep winter. A 4-season sunroom is fully insulated with its own heating and cooling, so it’s comfortable year-round in NJ.

Are your sunrooms prefab kits?

No. We build sunrooms as true additions — matched rooflines, siding, and trim — so the room reads as part of your home, not a box clipped to the back.

Do sunrooms need a foundation and permit?

Yes. A sunroom is a permitted structural addition in NJ and needs a foundation. We handle the permits, foundation, and inspections.
